DELIVERY METHODS

LATVIA:

Free delivery with Omniva and DPD parcel machines from 50 EUR. For orders under 50 EUR, the delivery fee is EUR 3.00

ESTONIA un LITHUANIA:

Free delivery with Omniva parcel machines from 100 EUR. For orders under 100 EUR, the delivery fee is EUR 5.00

EUROPE COUNTRIES*:

For all orders the delivery fee with DPD is EUR 25.00, with Omniva EUR 20.00

OTHER COUNTRIES:

Please contact us about other delivery methods you might be interested in and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note:

  • Check the submitted data (email, address, pickup point, number) before placing an order;
  • Be sure to enter the correct phone number.
  • The order is delivered to the indicated parcel machine.
  • The order will be shipped within 1-5 working days. We will notify you by e-mail when order is being processed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

FREE 14 DAY RETURNS

We hope you like our products as much as we do! 

However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return or exchange your Enchant item(s) free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original outer cardboard packaging, which must remain sealed and therefore unopened, and accompanied by a printed order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. Please also ensure that you choose suitable shipping packaging to return the item so that the item(s) are not damaged in transit.

ENCHANT will refund the money received to the payer's account within 5 working days from the day the returned goods are received, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.

If you want to return a product, the purchase of which ensured you received a gift (for example, you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or the purchase of a certain product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the returned amount.
